This Agreement is entered into as of 2024, between WIN Laboratories, a sports nutrition brand, with its principal place of business at 02 avenue de la republic, Megrine, Ben arous ,and the individual or entity making a purchase on the WIN Laboratories website  

1. Definitions

• Products: Refers to the sports nutrition and related products offered by WIN Laboratories on its website.
• Website: Refers to the official website of WIN Laboratories, accessible at www.winlaboratories.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

2.1 The Customer may place an order for Products through the Website. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2.2 WIN reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance of an order, WIN will provide the Customer with an order confirmation via email.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in the order confirmation.

3.2 Payment can be made through the secure payment methods provided on the Website.

3.3 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

4.1 WIN will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the address specified by the Customer within the agreed-upon timeframe.

4.2 Delivery costs, if any, will be specified during the checkout process.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 The Customer may return Products within 15 days of receipt, provided that the Products are unused and in their original packaging.

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned Products.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Customer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, related to the Products and the Website are owned by WIN.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tunisian Chamber of Commerce.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between WIN and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

8.2 Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Online Purchase Agreement as of the date first above written.
