Return Policy – WIN Laboratoires 

This Return Policy governs the conditions and procedures for the return of products purchased on the website www.winlaboratories.com, owned by WIN Laboratoires, specializing in the production and sale of high-quality sports nutritional supplements. Please read this policy carefully before proceeding with a return. By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Right of Withdrawal

Conditions:

In accordance with Tunisian legislation on electronic commerce, the Customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 15 days from the receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason. This right applies to non-food products.

Exceptions:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, some exceptions apply. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for food products, including sports nutritional supplements, except in the case of non-compliance or defects in the product.

Notification of Issues Damaged or Non-Conforming Product:

If the Customer receives a damaged product, one that does not conform to their order, or a product with quality issues, they must notify WIN Labs within 48 hours from the receipt of the product. Notification should be made via email to the following address: contact@winlaboratories.com.

 Notification Procedure:

The notification must include the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or non-conforming product (if applicable)

Return of Products

Return Conditions:Returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in perfect condition, except in the case of non-compliance or defects in the product.

Return Costs:The return costs for non-conforming or defective products are covered by WIN Labs. In the case of a return for other reasons, return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refund

Refund Timeframe: Once WIN Labs has received and inspected the returned products in accordance with this policy, the refund will be processed as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
